We believe in the mission of the New York Organizing Communities for Accountability and Policy Reform (N.O. C.A.P.) movement. We recognize the diversity of our city and the many injustices that our communities face in the city of New York. It is time for “We, The People” to take a unified and empowered stance against oppression.
